We will be doing a 10k run from Richmond to Kingston and back, along the Thames Path. This can be used towards your Runner badge if you jog, run or run walk.
Big Rebel Adventure members have a £10 discount, so please use the other link if you have signed up to the Big Rebel Adventure.
All finishers will receive a medal. Aid stations and first aid services will be available along the course. Bag drop will be available.
Two waves will be setting off - one at 8.30 and one at 10.30. The only cut off time will be the 6.30pm course closure, which will apply to all distances on the day.
